HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering from Artshop.md is simple and consists of just a few easy steps.
1. Choose an Image
You can:
• Select an image from our catalog.
• Upload your own image (enter the desired size and we will check if the file is suitable for printing).
• Contact our manager in advance for file requirements (resolution, format, size, etc.).
⚠️ The final product quality directly depends on the quality of the provided image.
You can upload your image directly on the product page.
2. Place Your Order
To order:
• Go to the selected product page.
• Choose the size and available options.
• Click “QUICK ORDER” or “BUY”.
• You will be redirected to the cart to complete your purchase following the website instructions.
3. Order Confirmation & Payment
Within 24 hours, you will receive a preview (mockup) by email adjusted to your selected dimensions.
After your approval, the order goes into production.

• Cash on delivery
• Bank transfer
• Payment upon pickup
• PayPal
4. Delivery
Production time is approximately 1–3 business days, depending on workload. Our manager will inform you about the exact completion date.

• Office pickup
• Courier delivery
