RETURN POLICY

We only work on an order basis. The parameters are defined by the customer: size, color, technology, accessories. In connection with this fact we would like to inform you about the return policy of the company. Products are returned in the following circumstances:

• The image on the wallpaper does not correspond to the order and the defects are on the front.

• The size of the photo wallpaper differs from the order by 2 or more cm.

• The product was damaged during delivery

• The final work does not correspond to the ordered technology.

The quality product, executed in full compliance with the provisions mentioned in the order - is not returned.

ORDER OF RETURN OF NON-QUALITATIVE PRODUCT AND RECOVERY OF MONEY:

You must inform us about the non-compliance of the production with the established requirements and detected defects within 7 days from the date of delivery. The complaint must be forwarded to our company email:

In the letter you must list the defects found, come up with a detailed description of them and attach pictures of the wall murals both front and back.

After sending the letter, its content will be studied by our manager who will inform you about the address of the headquarters where you can return the goods. If all stipulated conditions will be respected, then the money for the product will be returned to the customer and the expenses for the delivery of the order to our address will be covered.

The money will be transferred to the customer's bank account (which the customer must indicate in the letter) within one week of the return of the defective order.

If the customer wishes to exchange the defective goods for another product, the goods can be exchanged within 10 days of returning the product. In this case, the money spent by the customer for delivery is also refunded.
