EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
1. General Provisions
All products at Artshop.md are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer (size, color, printing technology, materials, accessories, etc.).
Due to the personalized nature of our products, items that fully comply with the approved order specifications are non-returnable.
2. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• The printed image does not match the confirmed order and visible defects are present.
• The product size differs from the ordered size by more than 2 cm.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The final product does not correspond to the selected technology or approved specifications.
Products of proper quality made according to the approved order are not eligible for return.
3. Procedure for Returning Defective Products
The customer must notify the company of any defects within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The complaint must be sent to the company’s official email and include:
• a detailed description of the defects;
• clear photos of the product (front and back);
• order details.
After reviewing the request, an Artshop.md representative will provide the return address.
4. Refund Policy
If the claim is confirmed and all conditions are met:
• the full product price will be refunded;
• return shipping costs to our address will be reimbursed.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer within up to 7 business days after receiving the returned defective product. The customer must provide bank details.
5. Product Replacement
If the customer chooses replacement instead of a refund, the exchange will be completed within up to 10 business days after return confirmation.
Shipping costs incurred by the customer will also be reimbursed.
